| Recent Review: | | Nice location, big apartments, but..... This place is run by a person by the name of Ann Marie Francis. She is quite possibly the worst manager in which i've ever delt with. Their office hours indicated M-F 9-6, but interestingly enough, you can call at any given time and NO ONE will answer.. If you don't believe me, give it a try (408) 374-6663. She stiffed me for an extra 3 days rent, since I could not get a hold of them during my official move out date, and had to wait til the weekend was over.. VERY BAD MOVE BY MANAGEMENT. She blamed me all the way, even though she was not in the office during 'official' hours.Very hard to get a hold of, but when she finally called, me her number on my caller ID was different from the apartment's number.. When I called her back on that number, it was quite strange that it was to a different leasing company! Two jobs maybe? perhaps that's why no one was _EVER_ there. Regardless, I will write a letter to the corporate office and let them in on what's going on.Let's just say that before I moved in, the managers openly showed me rented apartments! They would just knock and invite me right into some strangers apartments! The *only* thing they told me was not to tell anyone.. I never felt safe there, as I felt like they would come into my apt at will!I would not stay there ever again! beware! |
