Recent Review: This apartment has been so far great and beautiful. But I have one huge complaint. When you need to move before the your lease term finishes, it's almost impossible. They just ask you to pay full rent up till the end of the term. There is no other way. (Other apartments usually have ways to get out of lease like paying penalty fee of $1000 or something...)Or if you want to go month to month after your lease term finishes, it costs regular monthly rent plus $300 every month. I've lived in lots of places, but this is the first apartment which is not so resident friendly as far as flexibility fgoes regarding lease term. Other than that, it's a beautiful apartment.
