| Recent Review: | | 180 degree view point to point of Santa Barbara coastline with the most unbelievable sunsets. the most of college life. nightmare of a landlord though who will charge you for EVERYTHING so don't even call. parking very limited and often filled by the time you get off work. houses all deteriorated and dilapidated due to constant signovers in an effort not to lose your deposit and accumulate charges from Ron Wolfe and Associates. Problem is the company owns many apartments/houses in Isla Vista, so just enjoy where you live. i mean, its del playa street in santa barbara! |

| Recent Review: | | I think that my apartment is a good one, the only problem has been thin walls but it's really not all that bad.Our location is awesom, right by the beach, and in Isla Vista where the fun and partying never stops.If you like mingling than this is the place for you.We also have a very cute front yard with a lawn, small garden with flowers, and beautiful palm trees to liven up the feeling. |
