| Recent Review: | | I lived at Hollywood Regis for 6mos. The people are friendly but keep to themselves.The courtyard pool area is nice.I just didn't like living in Hollywood, but as for the apartment, I loved it. Central air and new appliances were awesome. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment are nice on the inside. The problem is keeping the outside, out. I feel like I am sleeping on a side walk most days. The management office will tell you anything to get you to rent here..they have perfected the "show" to possible tenants. I wish I would have taken the tenants that I spoke with before I moved in, advice not to move here! the apartment is not what it seems!!!The management office pretends to be very professional but are actually just telling you what you want to hear. everything falls apart once you move in. It is Very loud in the apartments that face the court yards...i can hear the people across the hall if they are talking with the door shut, oh and dogs are always barking...I've heard other residents say they feel like they are in a kennel. security answered my emergency page 3 days later. i had someone parked in my assigned parking spot for 1 week...i told the office every day to notify whoever it was who had company (i felt bad getting someone who justp.s. the washing machines have ruined 3 loads of my laundry (management told me to detail my items and then did absolutely nothing....its not there responsibility if there machines damage your valuables even if it was there fault for not servicing them) and the crack whores pimps steal from the machines.....oh but doesn't it look nice on the outside! didn't know towed)If you are an irresponsible college student or a crack dealer you will love living here!In addition.... Before moving into this complex I went online and found many bad reviews. I ignored them thinking that the people that wrote them where just expecting to much from an apartment...I was wrong!!!! And i would like to inform all those who have read the rebuttals to the negative reviews, that those rebuttals are actually written by the management office (one of the girls in the offices told me that they had to set the record strait)i will write another when i get out of my lease(hopefully) and leave my e-mail address so anyone who has questions can e-mail me |

| Recent Review: | | If anything good were to be said about this building it would have to be that I am surprised that it survives the Santa Ana winds every year.Besides having water leaks every single rainy season, I am having to let the water run for about 5 minutes so that it can go from brown to yellow and finish off to it's usual clouded white/grey. |
