Recent Review: I've lived in several apartments over the years and never been in one like this.It's like being in high school!I understand that rules are necessary for keeping the complex in good condition, however, there are 5 pages of rules in addition to what is spelled out in the lease.Some of them are quite arbitrary and I've argued them with management but I have better things to do than to deal with their constant barrage of 'this or that' is not allowed.Renter beware on this one because the manager was nice as pie when showing the unit but after signing the lease everything changed.I would recommend this complex to anyone that needs structure in their life (ie. another mother).Oh, and there is NO visitor parking AND you have to PAY for a second spot!
