Recent Review: The Berryhill Apartment Complex is not worth the money you will spend in the rent.Over 3/4 of the washers and dryers in the laundry facilities are out of commission and have been for a long period of time.The plumbing is in bad shape, the floors are incredibly squeaky, and the outdoor lighting has been blacked out for over a year.The management is too busy watching soap operas and smoking cigarettes to put any energy into the maintenance of the property.The only time when any work is put into the apartments is when a representative from the property owners, who are located in Las Vegas, makes a yearly visit.You would happier living in a cardboard box.
