| Recent Review: | | we dont feel safe , last month some cars were found broken and hit badly , so it is not safe at all. poor parking facility, they do not assign any parking lot to you. as you pay already high as rent if you want the reserved parking you have to pay 25 bugs more, we think the management has become too much businessminded and donot think of their residents intersts in any case. problems are not solvedon time. bugs are there , noise problems are there and not at all quiet area for living and enjoying life. we are going to leave . |

| Recent Review: | | If you want to have continuous drama in your life, deal with unprofessional management, get your car vandalized on the regular basis, get approached by strangers when you come late at night, deal with the noise and crowds at the pool that are not even residents, fix the issues around the apartment yourself, complain about the management negligence and nobody listens to you, then be my guest, choose this place.Since the new management came in 2003 this place became a ghetto.This is why residents at Avalon dont stay too long. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is old,nasty and very unclean. You will be sorry if you move to live here. Maintenence is very very very slow. They tell you they fix the problem but next week the same thing happen again. And the staff, they don't care about you as long as they get a pay check every pay day, they'll happy. They are very unfriendly and unprofessional. |

| Recent Review: | | Unless you like a lot of drama. Mostly by the managers family members. If your not in their click, then welcome to hell.Discriminates against certain families. Their family is always innocent. Everyone else is always evil.It may be cheaper around here, but it is not worth the money that you might save.I am going to get out as soon as possible.So to save you the trouble I will advise you to look else where. A lot of cars have been broken into. |

| Recent Review: | | Overall, I think these apartments are the best in Fremont area wrt amenities. However, the management stinks, the rents are way to high i.e. Definitely not value for money.Appliances: Fairly new. Full Size Washer and Dryer [Really full-size]Nice big microwave, Clean dishwasher and Oven/Grill.A/C: Central A/C but badly designed. Can never regulate temperature throughout the house properly. Always hot or cold spots depending on Heat/Cool.Cabinets/Closets/Storage: Plenty and more. Walk-n closets [Tacky shelves and hangar space (all plastic)] Fairly large patio storage.Plumbing: Jumbo tub touted by management as the reason for "luxury" status and rents. But water pressure too low and hot water too tepid for any effective use. Showers become virtually non-functional at that pressure.Pool: Well maintained pool and jacuzzi. Always in use though.Fitness: Decent equipment and TV's.Business Center: Fairly good. 2 PC's and 1 each Copier/Printer/Fax.Management: Arrogant and unflexible.Rents: Way way above merket rates. At the market rates touted by management, you could easily rent a large independent house. |

| Recent Review: | | Never rent from them,they have mold that they paint over and surface constantly,they believe roaches are an act of nature.It's all about the money with them.Garbage smells bad in the summer, you can smell the garbage cans in your apartment also. TheirRegional Manager is horrible.I have had my car broken into 4 times, my plates stolen, window broken and mirror trashed.Drug dealings and loud music constantly and no security.Parking is horrible because they have multi families in one apartment with 5 cars. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is the biggest mistake my roomate and I have ever made! The management is the most incompetent people I have ever known! They should not even call it a deposit because it is really just a cleaning fee.There is so much noise in the morning, the pools have kids using the bathroom in it, the gym is covered in other people's sweat, this is just a terrible place to live. Nothing makes sense in the lease! It many look nice from the outide, but believe me, DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! |
