| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Archstone for less than a year. I have too many reasons to list. The 1# is that they are converting to condos. So, if you need a place to rent for a long time, this is not the place. If you ask management, they will tell you a lie that they aren't. Just ask the city if you have any questions regarding the conversion. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!The noise, apartment conditions and the management team are unbearable.There are many horror stories with the complex but the scariest one is a resident in my building has physically threatened and assaulted other tenants and the management team has not evicted them.If you want livable living conditions, don't move here. |

| Recent Review: | | Situated near residential area. Nice place to live, lots of grass and on top of a hill, pretty views are possible of the 15 freeway. Staff and maintenance do a great job and it's gated so it feels safe. All the trees and greenery make it a relaxing environment. Parking can be tough on the weekends if you don't have the covered spot (every apartment gets one). |

| Recent Review: | | I absolutley LOVED this apartment complex until the day they hired the current manager. She is a racist, unfair, speaks badly about tenants using profanity where others can hear, and has no patience for children.There is little room for kids to play. Hardly any grass. That would be my next complaint. It wouldn't be so bad if the manager would allow the kids to play without having to worry about walking on the sidewalk the wrong way. She called our area "Hells Row" because of our kids. They are not bad by any means, only children trying to play after school.She gives keys out to outside companies that come in to do work in apartments. She allows them to have the keys in their possession all day. Who knows what the heck they are doing with your key...making a copy? They could if they are psychotic. We all watch the news.When there are problems, it's an argument before you are finally heard...and that's only to shut you up...not to make you happy.On a happy note, the apartments have LARGE balconies, cute vanities, ample storage closet, ok parking (although my car was stolen). No security on premises...however our rent keeps rising. Go fugure. The neighbors are wonderful.As I said from the get go, if the management was better, this would be a great place. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived there for two years and my car has been broken into three times. The police are always reponding to this complex.Also, the maintenance takes months to respond to requests, my rent has gone up twice, the cost of doing your laundry here has even gone up (and the few washers/dryers are often out of order). There is only one parking space per unit, so parking is nearly impossible if you have a roommate or working spouse. Be prepared to walk half a mile when you get home at night. If the ghetto is what you want, this is the place for you. I'm moving out. |

| Recent Review: | | Parking - poor - the uncovered spots are open parking and are closer to the apartments so people use those instead of their covered slots so those 2 driver apartments can't find a place to park in the evening.Noise - the neighbors are generally loud- parties and the like.Management - unfriendly, non-responsive and unhelpful.Night-time security - pointless and unhelpful.Maintenance - timely for small items but not always correct.Many calls/complaints to get large issues taken care of.Lived in two apartments over nearly 2 years and took near that whole time to get the sewage return issue taken care of (in the second apartment.)Police required issues - one beer bottle through the upstairs neighbor's sliding glass door at 3 am(took 6 weeks to get that fixed) and an incident involving residents and gunfire in the parking lot.Security was of no help once again. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into this these apartments about a year and a half ago.Since then both of my cars were vandalized and then one of them got stolen.When I brought this to the managements attention, they had no concern to talk to security and put them aware that this has happened.About 2 months after that incident the managers car got vandalized.His windshield wash bashed in... low and behold about a month later, he had built a little garage for his car.I was upset when this happened.Also, there is a serious ant problem at Glenbrook.And still nothing has been done.There was a murder in the apartment complex, a lot of domestic cases, and who knows what else?The rent is fairly cheap; but for an obvious reason.I am now looking for a better place. |

| Recent Review: | | For those of you who like to hear exactly what your neighbors are doing you should live here. If you have a problem with noise the front office does nothing about it. I go to sleep everynight with my floor vibrating from my neighbors stereo. when you come to this apartment they tell you that there is plenty of parking when in fact there is plenty of parking if you come home at 3 in the afternoon, any later and you have to expect to have a hike to your apartment. gated community, ha, like that keeps anyone out, people with more than 2 per househould just wait outside the gates and follows someone in. The bath tubes are so old that they can not be cleaned by even the strongest products sold. I also hope you love kids because they are constantly outside yelling and shouting, leaving your nerves raw. oh and one last thing, an air conditioner, bull. this teeny tiny air conditioner does not even cool down the one room it is , how could it cool the house. you need central air in the summer cause it is hotter than heck..think twice before moving here |

| Recent Review: | | We lived on this apartments for almost four years,but on the last year we were there,a new manager came (one of several)she seemed like she was going to do good things to the place,and she did but for her on or i must say the owner's convenience they began to charge for water,sewer & trash.And there's no meters,they supposedly charge depending on the number of people but more than one resident showed me the bill and it was the same amount but more people living on in the apts.They try to make people feel that the place is a high end,and i'm sorry to say it buti just don't know how i lived there for such a long time,it takes them a very long time if they ever do send the maintenance to do repairs,there's always or at least that's they're excuse water emergencys and all of a sudden without notice.No water and that happens 2 or 3 times a week,if you get back at night .Sorry there's no parking space,there is a lot more to say but to end this review.I would not recommend this place even if i were to be paid for. |
