| Recent Review: | | One word: HORRIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Around one month after we moved in our car was broken into and LOTS of very expensive things were stolen. Parking is a joke, you have one assigned spot and then it is a free for all which does not work out well since there are hardly any open spots.Theft is a MAJOR problem here and management does not want to do anything about it. We were told that security cameras would be put in at the front of the complex and that was about one month ago and there still are no cameras. They do not want to hire security guards and seem to think a neighborhood watch will do the trick! What a joke! Numerous people have had their cars broken into. A few have even had their apartments brokeninto!Also, two TVs and a camera were stolen out of the Fitness Center a few weeks ago and still have not been replaced! The pool is open from 9am-11pm and you have to have a key to get in. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours but yet it is always unlocked! No wonder people broke in and stole things!The management or the owners of this complex seem to lack brains. Either that or they just don't care. The place is brand new and looks nice, but looks can be deceiving! |

| Recent Review: | | We moved in August 2004.We were not told they would be converting into condos, although they knew at least two months before that.We received notice after living there a month, and receive notices about once a month about it.My favorite is that we were told in a notice that we would be compensated moving expenses and then by another notice that the compensation only applied if we moved in before June 2004.Thanks a lot.Also, there is no one to ask because the company listed is in San Francisco with no phone number in the notices and the office here "knows nothing" about any of our questions.The gate is broken half the time, and our name is still not in the call box after almost a year of them having our phone number to put it in.I have called about it three times.Last time the excuse was "well it's broken right now anyway so people can still get in."Wow.Also, every time I put in a maintenance request, it was written down wrong by the office and I had to re-explain."Hole next to sprinkler head" became "missing sprinlker head" !!!Advice, only move in now if you want to buy one of the condos. |
