| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for a few years, the new managers seem to love to start conflict with the tenants, they dont followtheir own rules. They make rules that are not even stated on the rules agreement that you sign when you first move in. They like to look out their windows and spy on any and every tenant. There is more freedom in a prison then there is at these apartments. They have no compassion toward the elderly at all. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is the cost of a nicer place but still falls into the low-class category.There is a bad ant problem, and I've been hearing complaints about roaches too.They have a dirty pool, management that doesn't get any work done and regular break-ins that no one seems to witness. Do not live here!I moved in, and the apartment was not ready to be lived in- it was uninhabitable.And we got stuck making it livable, not the management. |

| Recent Review: | | This place sucks really bad.It's everything here.Unit:THIN WALLS.If you like listening to other people talk and their music this is the place for you.Every night I can hear my neighbors talk, who they invite to their place and even when they open their doors, when my window is slammed shut.Mind you that these are the people that live across from me.Not well insulated.Expect to buy a heater for the 2nd floor.Security:Once in a great while the local PD will patrol the parking but that's far and few especially since my truck has been broken into twice, within a month's time and my car has been broken into (while parked out on the street because the complex had the parking re-done).Luckily my home hasn't been broken into. (knock on wood)Parking/lot:You get one spot for your unit and pay for a carport or garage.Other than that you can chance your car being broken into on the street, like mine did and I was hit by another neighbor while I was backing out of my parking spot in the parking lot (Neighbor didn't have insurance).Apperance:The townhomes at first look really nice but after living looks are the last thing on my mind.Maintenance:I have had only on problem with my toilet and they came the next day to fix it.Management:There is a manager that lives in the complex.I have had to complain a lot about a neighbor for a long time before anything was really done.And the neighbor that hit my car while I was backing out still drives in the parking lot like nothing happened and there have been other complaints about his reckless driving.Overall:If I had the chance to do this all over again, I WOULDN'T!!This place isn't worth the price we pay for rent.I'm looking forward to leaving the state for good.So I recommend keep looking for something else better.They don't have a standard on who rents here anymore. |
