| Recent Review: | | Up until August 2004, I would have recommended Alder Ridge as a good place to live.However, new property owners (Alliance) took over in 3/2004 and new management (office staff) were brought in 4/2005 and the feel of Alder Ridge changed for the worse.The new office staff (managment) proved unprofessional and neglectful of tenant requests.The maintence service, though not bad, paled in comparison to the maintence offered by the previous owners.Between 2004-2005, I experienced 3 water leaks in my apartment.In 2004, there were a series of car thefts in the parking lot and a break-in in the apartment above mine.Managment did not alert residents of the incidents, which I feel would have been valuable for tenant safety.If you own more than one car, parking can be difficult -- you are assigned only one parking space.Though my first two years at Alder Ridge were very good, it was hard to ignore the negative issues the occured during the last year. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in a one bedroom at Cambridge House for one year. If I were to live in an apartment again it would be there. I think the only bad thing I can say about it is the parking. Parking was very sparse, with no assigned spaces. If you came home after say, 10pm, chances are you would have to either park on the street or on the opposite side of the complex. Now for the good things. Management here is fantastic. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and helpful (they even know the names of their tenants!). They have coffee and dog treats in the office every day. The office is open 9-5 (sometimes more) five days a week. The maintenance staff here is fantastic as well. I had a few maintenance problems during my stay, and each one was fixed within an hour of me calling the office. And, when my oven overheated they gave me a brand new one. As far as noise goes, it is usually fairly quiet. There is the occasional party, but the office staff are really good about talking to tenants if they are bothering you. All in all I was very happy with Cambridge House. As you probably know if you've checked, they are slightly higher priced than most, but that price includes cable, dsl (which actually works all the time!), trash, water, and excellent management. |

| Recent Review: | | So I've lived at Greystone for several years and I've visited friends at their places and all I can say is that living at Greystone is a step above the rest.You have everything you could ever need and they give us free food on Saturdays.The apartments are spacious and NICE and all come with washer and dryers.Maintenance is fast and efficient.Management is nice except for this one lady named Babe.I've never talked to her but I've seen her be rude to other residents in the office...so talk to the other ladies if possible.Besides that everything was great.The people that live there with you are usually quiet and respectful and overall living at Greystone has been a great experience during my college years. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment complex is old most appliances and equipments in the apartment are soon to breakdown. Management is not very responsive to work order placed by tenants.There is also too few parking spaces available. During my second year staying at Heritage,we had mice problem-they freely roams around the complex ground. |

| Recent Review: | | Living in these apts was horrible.The garbage areas are overflowing at all times and smell horrific.The sidewalks are littered with dog waste and there is a general smell of urine and trash throughout.Every maintanance request I put in was ignored.The electricity in the main bedroom shorted out everything plugged in the wall, including my computer!!!I called numerous times with no resolution also the outlets in the kitchen never worked.I would not recommend these apts under any circumstance. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is not the worst I have lived at but it is close.The management is friendly but the neighbors are loud and love to keep you up all night will instrument playing, loud music and partying.The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartments.If you leave at night you will never find a parking spot when you come back.The kitchen and living rooms are nice sized but the bedrooms are tiny.I wouldn't recommend this complex especially if you like to sleep at night and study during the day. |

| Recent Review: | | I would not recommend this complex.It is extremely noisy all hours of the night, with loud cars cruising the lots, fights, etc.Management does very little to address serious apartment maintenance problems.It is not worth the relatively high rent. |
