| Recent Review: | | We lived here in two different apartments for 2 years. The management was great the first year but the whole last year, they must have changed management because I've never encountered a leasing office so rude, bitchy, unpredictable, unaccomodating and unwilling to help us!We were consistently overcharged for our water bill beginning when we switched apartments after the first year (moved to one that got more sun). The office first told us they would pick up the tab until it was sorted out but when we started receiving late charges and threatening notices from the water company, the office said they had no recollection of telling us they would look into it. We had to pay the fines and the bills and the issue was never resolved even after one year! All in all, an apartment that goes well in this community is nonexistent having talked to many residents. It's not worth the premium price you pay! Consider that the pool you have access to is used by another complex as well. So that's an environment where approx. 2000 units share one small pool. |

| Recent Review: | | Yes the complex is nice, but management and actually living here make it NOT WORTH IT. If you're looking for a quiet place inside your apartment this is not it. If you're looking for helpful management this is not it. If you think cleaning your apartment in order to get your deposit back forget it. If you like living among bugs this is the place!Whether you live on the top floor or bottom floor doesn't make a difference for noise inside the apartment.If you have a noisy neighbor don't bother complaining, management won't help you even if noise occurs until 2am every night.The building is old so plumbing is faulty.My bathroom was flooded by leaking pipes from upstairs neighbor, maintenance was unable to fix problems with my shower, maintenance didn't want toan old and defective furnace - just told me to keep an eye on it.Service can enter your apartment anytime without notice even while you're in the shower which happened to me.I spent a week cleaning my apartment according to management's guidelines for moving out.Instead of getting my deposit back I received a bill instead. I was charged for patching carpet for burn marks that were never there when I lived there. |
