| Recent Review: | | I lived in this community for 1 year and was never happy.The apartments are dark, unless they are the lucky few facing south.Not nearly enough windows.Heat and Air didn't work well and the trees outside drop some sort of fruit that stains your carpet bright purple if you happen to have a smudge of it on your shoe.The air ducts go through all the connected apartments and mine always smelled like cigarette smoke even though I don't smoke.It was like coming home to a cold dark smelly hotel room at the end of the day. |

| Recent Review: | | WHERE DO I BEGIN? THIS HAS PROVEN TO BE THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. FOR STARTERS, THERE IS NO AIR VENT IN THE LIVING ROOMS, SO DURING THE SUMMER, IT IS EXTREMELY HOT. YOU HAVE NO PRIVACY. IF YOU ARE ON YOUR BALCONY, YOU CAN HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS BECAUSE THE BALCONIES ARE SO CLOSE. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS TALK ABOUT WHILE INSIDE,BECAUSE THE APARTMENTS ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR NOSEY PEOPLE, BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE SOME SORT OF PRIVACY, DON'T MOVE HERE. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is managed by a staff of unorganized uncaring people who are next to imposibble to contact.The maintenance does not respond quickly to fix problems. Several cars were broken into on or outside this property during my stay, including two of my friends.The only good thing about this apartment is the location, but it is not worth it |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is a joke. They have had approx. 8 manager changes in the 2.5 years i have lived here. The jacuzzi that they advertise as an amentity has worked 3 months in 2 1/2 years with no timeline for it to be fixed still. The rentals have now started to rent to only young pot smoking persons that party all night, so no families here I would suggest. |

| Recent Review: | | This place sucks so bad. They have been renting units to very undesirable young people(drug dealers) for some time now. My girlfriend has been living here for 6 years and it has become unbearable. I am moving her out this month. Its not safe(car break-ins) for her to go to her car to leave for work(early mornings). There are many unsavory looking people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. They drive in, double park there cars and block the tenants cars in, or park in tenants reserved parking spots, go inside some unit, score their drugs and leave 20 to 30 minutes later. Many parties going on late into the night(lots of loud noises). Management seems to care less, just rent to anyone who will pay. It is just unbelievable how bad it is. My girlfriend has made many maintenance requests just to have basic things like replacing a lightbulb and they have never done any of them? Yet the maintenance guy drives around in a Mercedes SUV. You figure it out. This place is the worst!! I could go on and on about how bad it is here but will not waste my time. Just DO NOT MOVE HERE!! |

| Recent Review: | | When I moved out of my apartment(due to it being WAY too expensive for what I got) they charged me almost $1000 in damages to the apartment that were just normal wear and tear.I ended up owing them $550 after the deposit and thet gave me only 15 days to pay it or I was sent to collections.They shouldn't ask for a $400 deposit if that's what they charge just to paint alone.I got riped off! |
