| Recent Review: | | Avoid renting here if at all possible.The noise is defeaning.There is trash piled up to your waist at all four dumpsters.Six mailboxes have had the metal lock broken off of them.The laundry facilities are filthy and the dryers do not work.The dryers are very deliberately turned down so as to collect more money from the tenants to pay for the owners newly owned refurbished dryers. You need $4 to dry a load through (4) complete cycles, and even then, your clothing is still damp.Clothing is frequently stolen by other tenants.Of 50 units there have been mass move outs due to uncontrolled noise and druggies living in this building.Crack abuse and noise goes on all through the night. Many of the units have the screens torn off and heavy dark blankets hanging in the windows.There are whole living room sets perched on the porches and breezeways.Trash and empty syringes are strewn all over.There have been over 20 flat tires caused by broken glass and nails thrown all over the driveway. |

| Recent Review: | | This appartment complex is VERY quiet.Yes, every now and then managment may be on your case or watching you, but at least you know they are trying to make it a clean and secure place to live.Parking is GREAT! The Maintanace guy does need to start doing his job but other than that you will find this to be a great place to live.This may not be a place for you if you have children, so keep that in mind when shopping around for a place to live.update:05-24-05DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! I have only lived here for a short time and at first it was nice and relaxing and quit but then... If you want to bring a few friends over to your "own" apartment (that you pay for) well watch out the managment goes crazy. Even if you're quit with all windows and doors shut he will say..NO parties please! |

| Recent Review: | | i have lived here for a year and a half. and during that year we have went through like about 10 different managers. The maintnance people dont respond at all. i had my phone jack in the kitchen hanging out of the walls by the wires for a year and i put in 5 work orders for it to be fixed and they never came and fixed it. then i had my mother in law call and the manager said whats wrong withthe jack in the bedroom?? Well it shouldnt matter they should come fix it. My bathroom fan was broken for a year caused black mold in my bathroom. they are crappy apartments they dont look as nice as the model ones. and i move out in two weeks and they are charging me $225 to move out because i didnt sign my 30 day notice on time which they didnt tell me i had to sign one they jus said call in and tell us and i called them 3 times to tell them. Stay far away from these apartments. |

| Recent Review: | | The overall size of the apts. is what drew me in. There very spacious (1000 sq.ft) The neighborhood surrounding the complex is very nice and quiet.The only bad thing about this complex is the management.They take forever to complete any and all repairs. They dont seem like they care about there tenants at all. Problems btwn tenants go unresolved. Maintenance requests dont get put in nor do they get taken care of in a timely manner.It takes at least 3 months before any maintenance requests get put in to the property mangment Co.and after it does, it takes another 2 mos. before it gets fixed. I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex.!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The Windgate apartments are nice for what you pay. They are farely inexpensive and the staff is very prompt on repairing stuff. |
