| Recent Review: | | After moving in a lower unit July 2002, I was not informed there had been severe water damage in the unit directly above us - I found out from the neighbors.In addition, when I complained about the damp carpet & smelly hallway I wasn't informed there was a leap in the water heater.As a result of the leaks and previous water damager - there is now mold in 351 #B.Also, they suppossedly tented the property for termites but I also discovered new evidence of wall damage.Mid-October 2003 the property was sold to new owners and the new manager is nowhere to be found.Her two numbers are invalid and she hasn't moved into the manager unit yet.Otherwise the location is great for surfers who don't mind the train tracks. |

| Recent Review: | | The management for this apartment is horrible. If there is an emergency no one calls you back. There was mold in the bathroom when we moved in and when they came to "fix it" they just tried covering it up with new caulking that still allows it to show through. There is either no cold water, no hot water, or no water at all. No one cleans the apartments before you move in and there are holes in the walls and broken appliances. It is the worst place anyone could live. |

| Recent Review: | | My two sisters and i moved in to rising glen apartments in june of 2004. at first we were very happy, yet things kept getting increasingly worse....we moved into one of their 3 bedroom townhomes, and we noticed that in the living room especially, the floor shook everytime we walked around. you could also hear everything that happened above you if you were downstairs. Also there always seems to be new people in the rental office, i think they cant really keep people working there. But the worst is parking....you were given 2 parking stickers and if you had family or friends over they were unable to park in the lot, they had to park across the street, which is very dangerous to walk across. of course all you will read is bad things, but Rising glen isn't that bad like every place it has its downfalls, but they are enough to make us move to a new complex. |
