Recent Review: This property was like a resort when I moved in.Now it is called the piss pond.Professional men rented here to be with beautiful women (some were students) and respected their space.This use to be a place where beautiful women were at the pool and single men would rent two bedroom apartments just to be there.Now this place has become family town.the nickname for the pool is "pisspond" as on any typical day at least 25 small noisy children 2-9 years are at the pool.I haven't seen a woman in buttfloss in months.This was a daily occurance.Around the property kids around 14 smoking and riding skateboards very noisy till all hours of the night 12-1 am.They started letting dogs in the property to stink up the area even more.This property turned into a disaster in less than one year by one manager.Their vacancy rate has risin to 15% the highest probably ever in the history of the property. This rate is rising by 1% per month with approx 650 units.They are having a difficult time keeping people there and it is easy to see why.Both men and women mostly single use to occupy the place and it was a live in meat market.Yes there were couples too who lived amongst the atmosphere and had something to watch laugh at etc.Now you hear domestic disturbances almost nightly.Family life in an apartment?I think predominently singles usually occupy apartments.There is a new manager in place along with a new bookkeeper asst manager as well soon.If you ask the residents it is one reason.Rent rates increased by $350 / apt and too many small children.With the property boasting about top schools etc one can see why.Keep in mind it was like a resort cocktails at the pool soaking up the sun... Now screaming children daily.Not the kick back laid back relaxed atmosphere a professional would pay top dollar to be near.
