| Recent Review: | | The previous local manager(Ursula Dawkins / Morales) left thank god (what a witch with a B). A new couple is managing the place now. So far communication with tenants has improved and some much needed landscaping is being done. Other tenants have remarked that the new managers seem like reasonable people. What needs to be done next is systematic regular cleaning of the common areas.It is still to soon to render a judgement but stay tuned. |

| Recent Review: | | Andre, the landlord, is a complete crook. He does not care what-so-ever about his tenets. All he cares about is money. The apartment complex is old, discusting and bug infected. Nothing is kept clean, when we moved in the apartment hadn't even been cleaned. He does not respond to your problems for months, if you can even get a hold of him. The walls are thin and cheaply made. The aespetos crumples down from the cielings. The toilets always break and then He accuses people of lying that there are problems. He rips of his tenets and has some pay hundreds more for identicle apartments. Do not move in here, the place is a dump. |

| Recent Review: | | I stayed in this apartment for 1 year from feb'2003 - feb'2004,.Place is very very noisy but doesn't stink like other apts. Gym is for name sake, when i finally moved out she (Jeannne mousa )masked my $500 deposit by puttig up billis for cleaning though i cleaned it thoroughly then paint etc etc, i my deposit was all gone.beaware. |
