| Recent Review: | | Rancho Los Feliz is a very unfriendly place to live.This apartment complex has many problems with spiders, skunks, maintenance neglect, rude neighbors, unfriendly neighbors who will get you in trouble forlow level noise either with the police or management, (I believe most issues can be solved outside of the courts with your neigbors, but you will have the mean neighbors who just will not like your kind), costly parking in the complex, parking in the areas outside of the apartment complex is near for the smart and greedy(That is if you wait an hour or so, you may get parking outside of the complex(you waited for the parking space you deserve it, but there is the individual who will take up two spaces with there SUV orbig work truck), otherwise plan to park two blocks away and walk in the dark at night. Oh, don't for get street cleaning my first year cost me about $140 in parking tickets because of lack of parking.Next, the mail man has a dyslexic time with delivering mail, so, if you have a phone bill best to call SBC to get your bill.The mail man will take up to an hour to throw all the mail (The mail room is closed for them to go postal) so hopefully, you pick-up you mail before the mail comes.Back to the noise levels most tenants play their TVs and stereo's at a normal level, which is subjective to say and you may hear a party once in a while.Oh, several folks play instruments which I think is gifted and cool.That is"cool for the young and middle aged folks" however, if you live next to a "sensitive neighbor or even a neighbor who has social problems, be it paranoid, anxiety to be friendly"Then they will try to make their misfortune in life roll over to you. (Really, all you need to do if your social profile is unfriendly is to write a note and post it on their door.Your friendly neigbor will pick it up the next morningand possible tone done for your chronic splitting headaches.Actually, the wall are very thin so you will hear all of you neigbors personal life.I think maybea decade or two ago the apartment complex was only two bedrooms, now to make more money they have remodeled and the construction workers put up thin walls.Lastly, if you remember the train crash that happened in Glendale not to long ago, I think 11 died and 100 or more injured, well I think it was At water but the media said, Glendale.The industral polluting trains that run on diesel (or is that die-smell, the combustion of diesel is a big ozone hole thing, you know the green house effect and not to leave out particulate matter, PM10 and PM5 which may leave you kids with breathing problems after years of breathing it. That is why are local buses are now natural gas), now in the night say 2 am to 5am the trains will pass the apartment complex with their whisles blowing much much louder than before, but as we know the solution is ear plugs during the night for the unfriendly, splitting headache individual.Now some pros of living at Rancho Los Feliz, the summer free barbeeque way very good.The christmas dinner was very good.The free coffee and cookies when you deliver your check to the slot.Oh, by the way, one year they did have a problem with an individual taking the check from the slot. |
