| Recent Review: | | Our apt is beautiful and spacious and leaves a definite first impression on you. The second, third, etc visits leave lots to be desired, however. We made our decision based on the model shown to us, which now in retrospect, did not contain any furniture items that normal people posess. The double mirrored wardrobes in the master bedroom come fitted with two racks that were measured from the ceiling (vaulted at 9.5') leaving the top rack unreachable, unless you are at least 6'2 |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for a few months and am very happy with this place.For an apartment, it feels like a home.I haven't had any security, or noise issues but if you have guests, the parking can be tricky if they are over in the evening.Overall, I would recommend Aliso Creek. |

| Recent Review: | | My family and I have lived here for over 2 years. The only reason that we're still here is because our lease isn't up until next year. At first we were very impressed. The rent is a good value. The grounds are very clean. The complex is pretty much quiet and there is little crime, mostly due to the area itself and not the apartment management. My biggest complaint though is the staff. They are nice and helpful BEFORE you move in, but once you sign the lease, it all changes. Twice in the past two years our upstairs neighbor had a water heat leak which flooded our apartment. And both times when we called about having our ceiling and carpets repaired due to the flood the apartment staff was rude and basically blew us off. Then when our water heater burst and half of our unit was under water, the apartment staff told us that no one could help us until the next day! Besides this they have misplaced our rent check twice. They once told us that they needed to inspect our unit the following day. I took off of work to be here and let them in and they never came! When I called to find out why they never showed, they basically just said that they didn't need to inspect it afterall (nevermind the fact that they didn't bother to call me to let me know!). The maintanance people never come when they say they will. We've had things break in our unit and when they come by, they say they'll come back the next day at a certain time to finish fixing it. Well, they never show up. And when you call the leasing office to find out what's going on, they tell you that they'll call you back. And surprise, they never do! | Recent Review: | | We really enjoyed our stay here. The management was flexible in everything we were looking for and needed and our specific leasing agent gave the best customer service anybody could ever ask for.She could remember our names, return calls quickly, remember everything about our situation without the papers in front, was very personable, and maintanence was always done right away.The only complaint I had was many parents were letting their children play around the cars in the middle of the complex, yelling, screaming, running around the floors, loud enough to hear through many walls and wake you up.Through a couple complaints with neighbors to keep the kids under control in a matter of respect for other residents, it eventually died down.We had to break our lease early because of lay-offs and the management was so understanding and made everything easy for us to leave unexpectedly without really losing much money. |

The apartments are clean and the grounds are kept clean but the crime has become a big factor in this area. They need better security here. But overall I would say this is truly a nice place to live... |

| Recent Review: | | Even though these apartments are designed to be condos one day, it really gives you the feel of luxury living at a certain cost.After a long time living there, depending what floor level you choose to be at, the speed bumps really wear out your car, it gets tiresome as well driving in the parking structure forever. It's definately designed for single families with no dogs allowed, loud party goers, loud cars racing up on the street at 2 a.m., and been through a couple of fire alarms with one real fire in the trash chute and not to mention but somebody got hit and died last year in the parking lot.Somehow, there's always a young couple having some domestic violence issue and will see cops visiting the area frequently. The staff doesn't know you.When signing up...they're well staffed and VERY QUICK IN RESPONSE. When it comes to moving out....they're understaffed AND SLOW IN RESPONSE.We never got our walk-through as promise 2 months prior, one month and half later after our lease was up....they refunded our money and gave us a fee for not staying within the law's guidelines.Oh yeah, when we first moved in, they never fixed the items they were supposed to, so we received some money back on that month's rent.Besides their poor ability to respond to residents in need...at least they stuck to the law and paid accordingly.The amenties are just jazzed up and not necessary for residents to look forward to. The trash chutes were disgusting.And yet, yes, the apartment itself was nice, but for your money, you could definately get something better down the street at Archstone Aliso Viejo and get your own garage too with maybe 2 speed bumps instead of 9. |

| Recent Review: | | The title I have written says it all. The complex is beautiful and the facilities wonderful. However, they are very close together and dogs barking drives you crazy. Any matainance issue takes forever to be addressed and complaints about the noise are addressed in the short term but then the same things keep happening and you get tired of having to complain all the time -- espicially when the staff are so rude and unprofessional. Parking availability is ok for the most part. But BE WARNED, we accidently left our car in a general spot overnight without the pass showing (it just hangs of the mirror) and our car was towed at a cost $240. It was an innocent mistake on our part, but they are just RUTHLESS about this policy here. Even though you have to register your car, they still just have you towed at an extraordinary expense to us. |

| Recent Review: | | Okay, I have read the other reviews & couldn't agree more.I have experienced the office staff and they do SUCK. Claudette is a nicest old lady, but she is always forgets my name and I find her to be a little fake.Terry, the rent check lady, is a @!**(% & that is being nice. She has the worst attitude and should not be dealing with the public. I don't know if she is jealous that I am a size 2 and she is a size 16, but I have never met such a mean person in my life.I have caught her not working so many times and had to wait while she was using the resident computers.Glad to know that working in an apartment office is such easy work.I have asked to talk to Laura, the ghost Manager, for the past 4 months, but she is never there.The staff even thinks it is funny how Laura is never there and everyone jokes about it.I have called Fairfield corporate office, and left several messages, but no one ever calls back.Someone by the name of Patty is the person that I am supposed to talk with, but apparently Patty went to the same training class on customer service as Terry did.I don't agree with some of the maintenance comments.Rick has been very attentive to our needs, but I have had to have him come several times to fix the same thing over and over.Anyways, we are going to move out when our lease is up.We have loved living here, but we are sick of being unappreciated. |
