| Recent Review: | | I couldn't stay in this place for more than one month, even though I was supposed to be there for two months.The walls are paper thin.My apartment was barely cleaned, if at all, before I moved in.I asked for an upstairs apartment and was switched to a downstairs apartment the day before I moved in.There were stains and burns in the carpet, holes in the wall, and the place smelled aweful.If you get a furnished apartment, good luck!The furniture is barely in one piece.The pet deposit is outrageous, at $400 dollar even if you are only staying there for a few months (see, I felt I should be honest and tell them I had a cat), and though they say they will return $200 when you move out, don't count on it.If you don't have pets, get an upstairs apartment or you will have to smell the dog crap that never gets cleaned up on the lawn.They have covered parking, but your spot may be on the opposite side of the complex where you could never hear it if your car alarm goes off.The management seem to know nothing at all and, if they are not acting dumb, they treat you like dirt.You better make sure you read all the fine print in the lease and don't let them talk you into making payments to reduce your expenses on ANYTHING, including the pet deposit!! |
