| Recent Review: | | For Apartment Living...Im very impressed. The apartments are large and at good price. Its a very quiet Complex. My bathroom and closet is bigger and nicer than in my house. I got a great deal when I moved in. The staff is always nice. I rate Canyon Ridge A++++++++++++++++ |

| Recent Review: | | In short, I have watched many families here being stripped of their rights (my family included) on an almost daily basis.The management here promises ANYTHING to get you to sign a lease and once you are locked into one, they will stop at NOTHING to break it and try to recover damages from you (even if you are innocent of what they accuse you of and almost every family I saw was!!!!), along with your full $800-$900 deposit. This is what they consider to be business as usual here at Fox Hills. We have even witnessed managers and maintence workers thrown out when they did not agree to lying to residents themselves. We have also seen families locked out, only to lose their possessions when they attempted to fight this management in court. SO SAD!!! Please don't be fooled by the outside appearence---it is misleading---we learned the hard way!!!! Although, the units seem beautiful, they are falling apart from within, mold infests here, scorpions lurk, roaches in walls, and no gate access as promised in the 8 months I have lived here (it has been broken and open everyday but one!) and that is nothing compared to the management staff and how they will take advantage of you!!! And the unit they show you as the model is NOTHING compared to the one you will actually rent-----they mislead you with this too...showing you a beautiful unit and then having you sign the lease, only to find that the unit you have actually rented is a DUMP!!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! Save your family the heartache and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE look elesewhere.... Forget about getting to know your neighbors, people move so frequently because of all of this that you won't have time to know them!!!! I would honestly put everything I have to discourage anyone from getting involved here at Fox Hills Run or with PICERNE management!!!!!!! |
