| Recent Review: | | For the size of the apartments, the rental rates were really quite high. The actual Property Manager was never in the office, leaving only one person to handle all of us tenants, as well as people coming in, and phone calls. Maintenance requests were not handled in a timely manner, and getting anyone to call you back was a minor miracle. The apartments were clean, but dated, and for the money I was paying, I would not rent from them again.I rented sight unseen, and wish I hadn't. |

| Recent Review: | | We rented the apartment sight unseen via the internet and wished we hadn't. The noise level was unacceptable, and although it was close to the military base we were stationed at, the amount of money we were paying should have gotten us a better quality apartment. There was only ever one person in the Managment office, and that poor lady tried to handle every phone call and every person coming in. Maintenance calls took at least a week or so to get handled, and the pool never really looked well kept. The cost of these apartments is much too much for what they actually provide. |
