The maintancene crew goes through you personal items and steal money from my change dish. I have personally contacted them myself along with two of my neighbors |

| Recent Review: | | I used to love the place. The older management was great. However now it is very unfriendly. The gardening to say the BEST, sucks!! They blow all kinds of dirt all over your patio and do not come back to get it off. The management used to have flexable rules, now they are just crap. We have been living here for 5 years, plus in and out for other years. The new management treats us like shit ran over twice. I do not recommend this complex ANY MORE. |

| Recent Review: | | I was constantly scanning for scorpions. Also, moved out and the Apt was re-rented the next day and they kept my deposit for early departure. I did not leave early, they typed up the renewal incorrectly. Never got it back but the were kind enough to send me to collection for the month rent they said I owed them, even though the unit was occupied and being paid for by the new tenant.and the initial mistake was theirs.Renter beware! |

| Recent Review: | | 4 management companies and 7 managers in 21 months...'nuff said?I have lived here for 15 years and I advise anyone looking to look somewhere else, unless you enjoy rude and arrogant office staff, an invisible maintenance staff, drunk or drugged out neighbors, AC and hot water that go out as often as some people change their undies, broken pipes, vandalized cars, stolen cars and gang grafitti all over.They are small, dark, dank apartments.The AC is a chiller system, not air.It's dirty and old, old, old. |
