| Recent Review: | | Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Staff is rude, crappy apartmens (nothing like the demo they show you), Partys all night long and nothing gets done about it so dont even try to complain to the staff. I would think twice before even looking at these apts! |

| Recent Review: | | Ive lived here for six months. The apartments have molds all around the corners that connect to the outside of the units. Mold has grown to the visual point where you need to scrape and wash. If repairs are needed, they are slow. Poor maintance. Children get sick, and stay sick for awhile.The summer is extremely humid inside the unit, stuffy, there is no air conditioning units.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Lumberjack Hill was a great complex to live at.The college student population adds a unique atmosphere for everyone.Although several roommate problems happened, I always felt that it was a good home while attending NAU.The complex has increased its rent, but it's still a good value. |

| Recent Review: | | The Pines are beautiful apartments, but the new managment is horrible!It is near impossible to get anything fixed, and they are completely disorganized.They tried to charge me for a months rent that i had already paid, and even after showing the reciept they gave me, they still harrassed me.Also, they are turning them into condos, and not telling any of the residents so far.im moving out in a month and am very happy about it. |

| Recent Review: | | The worst experience we have ever had!!The management is horrible, when ever we have a question, before we even say a word they threaten to sue us and call the cops-just for asking a question-any question!!If you are thinking of living here, dont think that you can open up the windows and try to -watch tv-you'll get an eviction notice-this is using NO speakers just what comes out of a 20in. t.v.!!!Also all the workout equipment is broken and they wont fix it, as well as the hot tub-its luke warm!!Our cars have been broken into on atleast 3 occaisions in a time span of 2 months!!!When they tell you they will be there at a certain time to fix something in the apartment, expect them one week later.also the maintenance man doesnt know what the term "shoveling the sidewalks" when it snows it takes him 3 weeks after the snow storm to even start to attempt!!! |
